Embodiment Sessions

I worked as a conventional physiotherapist for close to a decade.

During that time I realized that focusing on only the physical body was not fully supporting all aspects of wellness.

Drift and Align was created as I stepped out of the conventional model of care into the transformational space of wellness.

I have created a method that combines my physiotherapy knowledge and modalities with holistic techniques, tools and philosophies to support all aspects of wellness - mind, body, emotions and spirit.

During an Embodiment session a transformational space is created, one that is held in love, for you to share what you are experiencing and feeling. Then a session is co-created based on your needs and intentions.

Each Embodiment session may include:

  • A detailed postural assessment

  • Bodywork

  • Cupping

  • The Schroth Method

  • Conscious Connected Breathwork

  • Intentional movement

  • Grounding practices

  • Mindfulness techniques

  • And more

Our bodies remember everything.

Our emotions directly impact our physical body and how we feel within our lives. When we get to the root of the disfunction within our physical body we are able to create lasting changes.

Working with me includes integration recommendations. These tools, techniques, exercises and more are to support your home practices. These practices are created to guide you back into alignment as we navigate the many transitions throughout our lives.

Embodiment Sessions

90-minute Session - $255 + 5% GST

This work is transformational when you are open and ready to step into this space.

These sessions are offered in-person in North Vancouver, Canada and on-line.

The Schroth Method

I love this method. It has been the most transformational exercise method then any other I have come across.

The Schroth Method is a exercise method for individuals with scoliosis, Scheuermann’s kyphosis and postural asymmetries.

Every spine is unique and this method is customized for your spine.

This method uses spinal elongation, trunk expansion with breathwork and specific muscle activation to decompress and de-rotate the spine (for scoliosis) and strengthen the surrounding muscles. Education is a significant part of this method. I want you to feel confident and knowledgeable about what is present in your body so you know how to best navigate your activities, conversations with others and more.


The Schroth Method can -

  • Slow scoliosis curve progression 

  • Resolve or manage discomfort

  • Improve postural asymmetries

  • Improve respiratory function and lung volume

  • Improve muscle imbalances, increasing strength and flexibility

  • Offer empowerment through education, tools and techniques

Conscious Connected Breathwork

One of the modalities I integrate into my sessions is the Breathwave style of conscious connected breathwork. This style of breathwork is done through an open mouth and the inhale and exhale are connected without a pause. It is simple and transformational.
