My intention is to bring community together through the power of ceremony. This will be a space for self-exploration and transformation.

This space is for to anyone who desires to connect deeper with themselves, to prioritize self care and reflection, to connect to their bodies through movement and mindfulness and to journey with conscious connected breathwork.

Shine your Light will combine western and holistic wisdom, sharing tools to support the various aspects of your wellbeing.
